Requirements for opening account

• Application in the Banks’ prescribed form, Proof of identity, Address proof, Passport size photograph.

Application and document

• Application in the Banks’ prescribed form
• Copy of PAN Card / Form 60 or 61 (if customer does not have PAN Card)
• Photograph of customer/s (2 copies)
• Proof of Identity & address as per KYC Norms
• Customer should deposit an amount of Rs. 75,000/- as a security
• Any other related documents applicable to HUF, Trusts,Association etc.
• The prospective account holder should be introduced by an existing account holder of the Bank
